本研究组是在刘心昱研究员、许国旺研究员领导下的、在中国科学院大连化物所最具综合实力的研究组之一，前身是国家色谱研究分析中心 气相色谱组。2001年大连化物所成立生物技术部，定名为高分辨分离分析及代谢组学组。根据分析化学的特点和学科发展国际前沿，结合国家重大 需求，本研究组以分离分析研究为立足点，生命科学、重大疾病、合成生物学、中医药现代化、公共安全等领域的复杂样品分析为切入点，开展极 端复杂体系分析的新技术新方法研究、代谢组学和暴露组学技术平台、单细胞、时空组学及其应用研究和转化等工作。研究组拥有固定职工18名，博士后2名，现有硕、博士研究生30多名，学科背景涵盖分析化学、生物化学、临床医学、药学、微生物学和人工智能等领域。

The research team of High Resolution Separation/Analysis and Metabolomics in DICP is led by Prof. Dr. Guowang Xu and Prof. Dr. Xinyu Liu. The laboratory is devoted to the research and development of novel analytical methods and techniques for complex samples and metabolomics/exposomics with the emphasis on developing high resolution separation methods based on chromatography and mass spectrometry as well as their applications in food, pharmaceutics, synthetic biology and life science. The great attention in recent years has been paid to multi-dimensional chromatography, metabolomics and exposomics technique platform development and their applications in clinical medicine research and single cell. Total of staffs and students are more than 50 in this group.
