 许国旺: 1991年在中国科学院大连化物所获理学博士学位,并留所在国家色谱研究分析中心工作。1995.10-1997.9获得马普(Max-Planck-Institut)研究基金在德国Tuebingen大学医学院工作。1997年9月底回国在大连化物所继续担任题目组长,97年11月提升为研究员。99年5月被聘为博士生导师。2004年获国家自然科学基金委杰出青年基金资助,2005年起担任代谢组学研究中心主任,2008年、2017年起分别担任中国科学院分离分析化学重点实验室副主任和主任,2016年起担任大连化物所生物技术部常务副主任。现为中国化学会色谱专业委员会主任、中国抗癌协会肿瘤代谢委员会副主任、中国生物工程学会系统生物医学专业委员会副主任、中国化学会理事、中国质谱学会常务理事。2007-2014年曾任J. Chromatogr. B的editor, 现正在担任TrAC的特约编辑和Anal. Chem., Anal. Chim. Acta,J. Proteome Res., Metabolites,Metabolomics,Anal. Bioanal. Chem.,J. Chromatogr. B,J. Sep. Sci., JOAT, Bull Korean Chem. Soc.等10多个国内外杂志编委。国际高效液相色谱会议(HPLC)科学委员会常委,第30届国际毛细管色谱会议和第33、37届国际高效液相色谱会议副主席。他也是多届国际毛细管色谱会议(ISCC)的科学委员会委员和国际代谢组学会议的组织者和科学委员会成员。

至今为止,已发表SCI文章460多篇,包括PNAS, Nature Protocols, Hepatology, Clin. Chem., Cancer Res., Advanced Science, Diabetes Care, Anal. Chem., TrAC, J. Chromatogr. A, J. Proteome Res. and Nature Methods等国际著名杂志。H-指数: 65(Web of Science)、80 (Google)。申请发明专利超百件(其中60多项曾获授权)。一项成果获国家科技进步二等奖(第五名),一项获辽宁省科技发明二等奖(第一名),一项成果获中国分析测试协会科学技术成果特等奖。

许国旺研究员一直从事色谱及其联用技术的基础理论及应用研究。根据样品对象的复杂性,在方法学上,走过了从经典一维色谱到中心切割多维色谱、再到全二维色谱的研究过程,逐渐形成了以“多维色谱+联用技术+化学信息学”的科研特色;在研究对象上,从石化、环保领域逐渐实现了向生命科学(药物、代谢组学、生物催化)领域的转化。从1996年开始开展“健康和代谢的关系”研究,并逐步进入代谢组学领域,将研究方向集中到代谢组学的技术平台和其在重大疾病的生物标志物发现、中药疗效毒性和作用机理研究、食品安全和暴露组学研究等。许国旺是我国最早进行代谢组学研究的学者之一。

主要研究方向:复杂样品分离分析方法的创新性研究;代谢组学、暴露组学分析技术平台及其在疾病、中药、植物表型、食品安全等方面应用的研究。
